Accent Travel & Events (ATE) is acting as both: a TMC and a DMC at the very same time. Through its first component (TMC – Travel Management Company) ATE is providing the usual business travel services to corporate clients while acting as a DMC (Destination Management Company) for the local market as well, ATE it is providing leisure services for groups, meeting and incentives all over Romania.

We are the main supplier of corporate travel services for more than 550 corporate clients (and growing) among which some of the most important Romanian and multinational corporations.

Accent Travel & Events have also the Leisure Division, for domestic, incoming and outgoing travel. This line covers a wide range of services, including charter packages, cultural tours and city-breaks, cruises and exotic holidays, but also tailor-made holidays for more exclusive tastes, private charters and luxury destinations, ski or golf packages, holiday mansions rental and so forth.

Based on the above, there is no surprise that Accent Travel & Events it is acting since 2009 as the exclusive partner of Egencia in Romania. Egencia is the 4th largest travel management company in the world, leader of the travel industry worldwide.

Therefore, as part of the Egencia Global Alliance, ATE is now providing local services to multinational corporations on behalf of Egencia and under Egencia’s global contracts and recognized standards.

After-hours support service with emergency services available 365 days per year, 7 days per week, 24 hours per day;
Service Level Agreement aligned with the Egencia standards - response times, error percentage measurement, complaints management response times. For instance, a minimum of 80% of all emails received from Egencia Global Alliance (EGA) client are answered within 120 minutes during regular business hours and after-hours, and at least 80% of all telephone calls are answered within 20 seconds during regular business hours and within 120 seconds after regular business hours;
